BALL KIDS

If you’re a tennis player who dreams of being up close and personal with the pros at a major tennis tournament, being a Ball Kid may be just the thing to make that dream come true. An essential part of any competition, these talented teens know that there is more than meets the eye when it comes to doing the job well. And with that focus and effort, come some pretty cool rewards.

Ball Kids operate in a rather complex system, sending balls between each other to make sure that a player never has to break his or her concentration during a game. While their main job is to keep things flowing, they also support player comfort, and these up-close interactions often provide fun stories to share after the match.

To become a ball kid, you should be a tennis player between 12 – 18 years old with the motivation to train for this special role! A series of practice sessions will be scheduled to make sure you have all of the tools you need to be in with the chance of being right amongst the action.
