Survey Prize Draw – Privacy Notice and Terms & Conditions
DATA PRIVACY: Your personal data will be processed and stored in the United Arab Emirates by the Controller, Mari ME TopSpin Sports Club and Facilities Management LLC – SPC (‘Mari’) , a sports and events company, Office 36, Mezzanine Floor, Trust Well Business Centre, Al Sawari Tower B, Corniche Street, Al Khalidiyah – W8, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw, notification of winning contestants and awarding prizes. We collect personal information you give us such as your name, address, social media account details and e-mail address for this purpose. We may also collect information about you if you register for an account or contest via a social media platform including Facebook, Twitter and Google+. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By entering this Prize Draw, you will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these Terms & Conditions. This Prize Draw is open all people aged 18 or over except for employees of the Promoter (as defined below), or any member of its group of companies, their immediate families or anyone connected professionally to this Prize Draw.
Definitions:
Entrant means any individual who has entered the Prize Draw in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and who adheres to any relevant entry and eligibility requirements.
Prize means the prize described in paragraph 9.
Prize Draw means chance to win 2X hospitality passes to the Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open 2027.
Prize Winner means the winner of the Prize as described in paragraph 12.
Promoter means Mari ME TopSpin Sports Club and Facilities Management LLC – SPC.
Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions set out in this document.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The prize draw is free to enter on completion of the Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open survey and no purchase shall be necessary.
2. The prize draw will open for entries as soon as a ticket buyer has chosen to add a contact email address to the survey.
3. The closing time and date for entry to the prize draw is 11.59pm on Friday 28 February 2026.
4. The prize draw is open internationally to residents aged 18 years or over, except for employees of the Promoter, and their affiliated companies, their families or households or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw. By entering the prize draw, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age on the closing date for entries. If requested by us, you shall provide evidence of your age to us.
5. You may only enter this prize draw as an individual. Any entries which in the Promoter’s opinion have been made via participation in a syndicate will be disqualified. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants at its discretion.
6. There is a limit of one entry per person and multiple entries will be void and the entrant(s) disqualified.
7. The Promoter will not accept prize draw entries that are illegible or incomplete and the Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if you breach any of the Rules.
8. To enter the prize draw, please provide your email address, as requested in the final question of the survey.
THE PRIZE
9. If you are the winner, you will receive 2x hospitality passes to the Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open 2027. The competition is open to all over 18s nationally and internationally.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable.
PICKING THE WINNER
11. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit for any reason.
12. The prize draw winner will be chosen at random by an independent judge. The Promoter will send the full names of the judge to anyone who writes within one month after the closing date of the prize draw requesting details of the judges and who encloses a self-addressed envelope to the Promoter’s address set out above.
13. The winner of the prize draw will be notified by the Promoter. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 7 days of being contacted by their given email address, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the closing date.
14. The Promoter will send the name and country of the winner to anyone who writes within one month after the closing ate of the prize draw requesting details of the winner and who encloses a self-addressed envelope to the address set out above. By entering the Prize Draw, Entrants agree that the Promoter may announce the winner’s name and country for transparency purposes, unless the winner objects to such publication at the time of notification.
SOME OTHER RULES
15. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering the prize draw or taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
16. By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the prize draw entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the prize draw.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
